The way the gabion box is assembled

The combination way of gabion box:

1, gabion mesh box is produced by one time molding, except for the cover plate, the side plate, end plate, and the bottom plate are inseparable from each other. 

Length/width tolerance (±5%), height tolerance (±5%), and the internal partitions are used every 1 meter to separate into independent units.

2, gabion box is assembled, cover plate, side plate, end plate, bottom plate are produced and assembled separately into a box, each part is twisted and bound with spiral steel wire, 

and all the side wires of the box are made of thick wire to strengthen the gabion mesh.

Gabion mesh box - Installation

1, the gabion mesh box will be staggered seams set in place, to avoid the emergence of longitudinal through the joints.

2, the gabion box four sides up, with binding line will be adjacent to the edge of the lock, locking, binding line around the two overlap of the frame line (sewing edge edge prongs)

 or the frame line and the cage of the double twisted edge (sewing pass fence) spiral twisted, to avoid damage to the galvanized, pitch is not more than 50 mm.

3,When installing the gabion box on top of the completed bottom net, the binding line should be fixed on the bottom gabion box along the lower border of the newly installed gabion 

box, and the neighboring gabion boxes on the same layer should be tied to each other to make the gabion box integrated.

4, in a unit of engineering the same level of construction, should be gabion net all in place before starting to fill the pebbles, in order to prevent the deformation of the gabion network, 

adjacent to two gabion box (including the same gabion box adjacent cells) of the fill stone height difference should not be greater than 35 cm;.

5, gabion net box before installation, should be appropriate repair of bank slopes and ground, and as far as possible to maintain the original shape of the bank slopes, 

but there should be no obvious rises and depressions.
